How it works for buyer

2. Search the product you want to buy;

3. Add to cart;

4. Continue shopping or checkout;

5. Proceed to payment;

7. Complete your shipping address info:

(1) Register;

(2) Go into your email to check the password sent by OneBeltOneRoad.work;

(3) Go back to OneBeltOneRoad.work, use the password and your username to Log in;

(4) Personal Info: reset your password, remember it;

(5) Complete your shipping info, including name, address, contact etc.


A. You can communicate with the shop owner by “Contact Seller” message in your account;

B. If you find any product quality problems, you can negotiate with shop owner or even request a refund.
